Whole-home renovation · Kitchen + Bathrooms | Honolulu, Hawaii
A full-home renovation transforming an outdated home through a complete kitchen remodel and two bathroom renovations.
The clients wanted a modern, minimal aesthetic with improved functionality to support daily family life. Flooring, paint, and lighting were updated throughout the home to create a bright, cohesive foundation, while the kitchen and bathrooms were thoughtfully reworked to improve layout, flow, and usability.
Kitchen
Before
Despite its generous size, the kitchen felt awkward and inefficient. The layout disrupted flow and made the space feel more closed off than necessary.

After
The kitchen was thoughtfully reconfigured to improve circulation and usability, allowing the space to feel brighter, more open, and better connected to the rest of the home.

Custom cabinetry was designed to maximize storage while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic, including integrated appliance garages and a custom wine bar. Quartz countertops and backsplash add a light, durable finish, while a telescoping exhaust keeps the island visually open.
Kids’ Bathroom
Before
The kids’ bathroom felt dated and visually closed off. A dividing pony wall and an outdated tub made the space feel smaller and less functional.

After
The bathroom was redesigned to feel brighter and more open. Removing the pony wall and replacing the tub with a walk-in shower improved both function and flow.

Updated lighting and satin nickel plumbing fixtures bring a clean, modern feel, while blue tile adds subtle interest, a nod to the homes history, without overwhelming the space.
Master Bathroom
Before
The master bathroom was spacious but dated, with finishes and lighting that made the space feel dark. A small, outdated tub limited the bathing area and didn’t take full advantage of the room’s footprint.

After
The bathroom was reimagined to prioritize a more elevated shower experience. The tub was removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower, significantly increasing the size of the bathing area and creating a true shower oasis.

Updated lighting brightens the space, while a built-in bench, custom vanity, and satin nickel finishes complete the modern upgrade.
Spaces are shown post-renovation, prior to move-in, to highlight layout changes, materials, and finishes.
